First day. Arrival in the afternoon in Villetta Barrea meet your guide at 18.00 hotel accommodation and presentation of stay , dinner and overnight at the hotel in Villetta Barrea ;

Second day. VILLETTA BARREA - RISERVA INTEGRALE DELLA CAMOSCIARA - CIVITELLA ALFEDENA- VILLETTA BARREA ;
Excursion to discover the Integral Reserve of Camosciara first nucleus of the Park since 1922 now the whole area of Integral Reserve , visit the waterfalls of the Nymphs and Tre Cannelle and through the reserve will arrive at the town of Civitella Alfedena and then Villetta Barrea 5/6 hours walk 400 meters of ascent and descent - overnight in Villetta Barrea ;

Third day. Fourth day. OPI - Fondillo Valley - Mt AMARO

Fifth day. OPI - VALLE FREDDA - Macchiarvana - PESCASSEROLI
Starting from Opi and going up the beautiful valley you reach the plateau of the Cold Macchiarvana you continue the tour with a visit to the karst Sinkholes in the area, a visit to the farm of Renato , hotel accommodation in Pescasseroli ;

Sixth day. PESCASSEROLI - ECORIFUGIO della Cicerana.
400 m uphill and 200 m downhill, 4 hours
Bear Watching the sunset with the possibility of Marsican brown bear sighting. Overnight in mountain hut

Seventh day. ECORIFUGIO della Cicerana - PESCASSEROLI
300 m uphill and 700 m downhill 5/6 hours

Eighth day . Breakfast , departure.

Family-run small hotels in the park (in double, triple or quadruple) + 1 night in a mountain hut

Hiking boots, wind jacket (possibly gore-tex), backpack, rain jacket or poncho, water bottle, hat, hat for the sun, sunglasses, sun protection cream, long pants and "stacks" , camera, binoculars,. The hut is equipped with sleeping bags, then you may want to obtain the sheet sleeping bags, which alternatively can be purchased at the hut at a cost of € 15 each. For the night at the refuge it is also recommended a personal towels and a pillowcase. We recommend a layered clothing.
