Visiting ancient forest
a trekking to admire ancient forest
For this week we propose a new and evocative trekking of rediscovery of the encounter with nature, oneself and others, walking among the oldest forests in Europe and reading, for those who want, songs, stories and poems ...
Two days that will allow us to cross the ancient beech woods of Selva Moricento and the Schiappito declared World Heritage Site in 2017 and the mountain ridges of the Park, natural watershed between Marsica and the other Sangro, last shelter of the Marsican brown bear.
We will spend the night at the EcoRifugio of the Cicerana where we will have the opportunity to contemplate the peace of an uncontaminated place in the heart of the Park and a step away from the starry sky; welcomed by the suggestive and warm atmosphere of the shelter around the fire of the stove who will want to share their own readings brought from home.
