How to participate in educational trips
How to Book
First of all you must ask us for a quote through a simple e-mail. Then, to book you must send by fax, email or postal mail your reservation request form completed, signed and stamped by the school. After our receipt of the request, followed by our secretariat to send the confirmation of participation and the conditions for participation.
Payment of fees
- Advance: The school will have to make a deposit equal to 25% of the total shares within seven days of receipt of confirmation of participation, and fax to our office receipt of payment.
- Balance: the balance should be, same way, no later than 10 days before the start of the program and must be faxed to our office receipt of payment.

At least one week before departure or the start of the chosen must reach us:
- list of names with dates of birth of all participants
- contract signed and stamped
The following schools will receive information about the time of appointment and the names of the guides.
In every field school, educational trip, guided tour and educational output includes the liability policies.

For waivers, deletions, and other information related to the Travel and School Camps refer to the terms and conditions of the travel contract.
